The six notes bear the following illustrations on obverse and reverse: one, a steamer pulling into port; five, a riverside town at the base of a mountain range; ten, a herd of bison; twenty, early North American settlers in prayer by the sea; fifty, two woodmen chopping down a large tree; one hundred, cattlemen roping a steer.
