Signed by William Paine as president. Investment banker. Paine worked as a clerk in the Boston bank house of Blackstone National Bank from 1873-1880 becoming head of the firm in 1880. He was a Co-Founder of one of America’s most well known investment banking and brokerage houses. Stamp and punch cancelled, including two star punch holes through Paine's signature. It is in fine condition overall.
